Honestly, perusing photos of me “doing my thing” on wedding days would not be that exciting for you…iPad screenshots of bustle diagrams, protein shake stuffed in my crossbody bag as I deliver your sushi takeout to your bridal suite, zipping around in my sneakers with arms full of boxes before guests arrive. You get the picture!

Then what DOES a wedding coordination portfolio look like? On one hand, yes, it’s proof that we totally aced all those little details you saved to your Pinterest: champagne towers that defy gravity, welcome tables sporting fleets of freshly Windex’d picture frames, and magazine-worthy room shots where every fork, bow, and runner are perfect. Check, check, and check!

More important than all that, though, is seeing the palpable atmosphere of a thoughtfully coordinated day— couples radiating presence and carefree joy; lifelong best friends making memories getting ready; all of your loved ones hitting the dance floor smiling ear to ear. You can’t fake feeling (and looking!) stress-free on your wedding day, so here are some of my favorite photos that speak for themselves.
